Peanut Masala
Ingredients
Peanuts - 1 cupGrated carrot - 1/2 cup
Onions - 1(finely chopped)
Coriander - for garnish
Lemon juice from 1 juice
Salt - to taste
Method
- Soak peanuts in water for 1/2 hour
- Pressure cook peanuts for 2 whistles on a medium flame
- When it has cooled down, add all the ingredients.
- Mix well and serve.
Notes
- Can directly cook on gas flame also
- Tomatoes, cucumber can also be added
