Rice flour - 1 cup

Jeera powder - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Method
Rice flour - 1 cup

Method
- Boil water in a vessel.
- Once it comes to a boil, add salt, jeera powder and asafoetida. Check for salt and adjust accordingly.
- Add rice flour, stir well. Switch off the flame and cover with a lid.
- Keep aside till it is warm. Knead it a little and then make vadiyalu on a plastic sheet or a cloth.
- Dry it in sun for 2 days till it is completely done.
- Deep fry in hot oil and serve.
