Ingredients-
Atta – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Ghee -1
cup
Water – ¾ cup

Method –
1.
Heat ghee. Fry atta in ghee till nice aroma arises.
2.
Add sugar. Fry till the sugar melts
3.
Add water. Cover and cook for some time. Serve hot
Recipe Tips –
1.
Cashew, kismis or grated almond can also be
added
2.
For a thicker consistency, quantity of ghee can be reduced
3.
Sugar can also be reduced to ¾ cup for lesser
sweetness
