Bendakaya Palli Fry



BENDAKAYA PALLI FRY


ladies finger fry



Ingredients-

Ladies’ finger – 250 g
Peanuts – 2.5 tbsp
Chilli powder – 1.5tsp ( adjust acc to taste)
Salt – as required
Oil – 1.5 tbsp


Method –
1.       Wash ladies finger well and allow it to dry
2.       Discard both the ends and cut into small pieces
 
3.       Heat oil in a kadai and fry peanuts and keep them aside
 
4.       Fry the ladies finger in the remaining oil till crisp
 
 5.       Add the fried peanuts,salt and chilli powder and fry for some more time
6.       Serve hot with rice
 



Recipe Tips –
1.       We can use roasted peanuts instead of frying it.
