Ingredients
Cabbage - 1/4 cup
Corn flour - 2.5 tbsp
Maida - 1 tsp
Besan - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt
Oil
Method
Chop cabbage into juliennes.
In a bowl, add cabbage. Add rest of ingredients except oil, to it and mix well.
Sprinkle some water and mix again.
Deep fry in hot oil and serve as a side dish for rice
